I have been with BCO for over 40 years. My father started the business in 1981. He passed away unexpectedly.  I quickly stepped into the young business to take everything over.  Tackling every day with enthusiasm was my only option.  I grew up in a family of entrepreneurs and knew I would rise to the challenge brought before me.  As the owner and president of BCO, I knew there was going to be a fine balance of work-life and the Family that I wanted. I never took a day off from either by working full time at BCO to understand every aspect, and raising my family. I have had 2 families from the beginning, BCO and blood. I love both very much. Still to this day I love what I do. Seeing new projects that come through the door is still as exciting as all those years ago. I greet every employee with a smile each day.  I hope that my Father would be proud of the family ran business that he had envisioned. **Fun Fact** My first piece of typesetting equipment was an Itek that stored all my information on tape cassettes. Once I printed it out on a paper film, I had the pleasure of cutting, waxing, and pasting up my layouts. Yes, the good old days!
