How it all began... Over 40 years ago my father in-law, Andrew Morrice, started BCO as a wholesale thermographer. Unfortunately he passed away only 10 months into the conception. Janet and I were dating at the time and decided to continue with her Dad's dream. 2 years later we were married and with 3 kids arriving over the next 10 years. The business struggled until we found our niche, and the right people.... Karen, Todd and Brian were so instrumental in BCO's success. Over the years many people, employees and customers alike, have been a joy to have been associated with. Thank you all. **Fun Fact** I started with BCO as the delivery driver working part time while attending school. That led to being the sales rep and eventually becoming the owner. You never know how things will evolve!
